Presented by Dr. med. Eleni Kavelara Lodge
In our upcoming workshop Dr. med. Eleni Kavelara Lodge, will explore how the immune system affects conditions like autism, ADHD and dyslexia
She will examine how immune responses to infections, inflammation, environmental factors and stress can impact brain development and behavior.
Eleni will highlight the importance of lifestyle modifications, providing evidence-based strategies in nutrition and exercise that support immune health and improve neurodevelopmental outcomes. She will discuss how microimmunotherapy, an innovative approach that utilizes highly diluted immune messengers to modulate the immune system can provide both answers and solutions in understanding and supporting neurodivergent people.
Workshop Overview:
This immersive session is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of
how immune system factor - such as responses to infections, inflammation,
environmental influences, and stress, can shape brain development and behaviour.
Workshop Modules
1. Immune System and Neurodiversity
- Understand how immune responses contribute to the development and expression of neurodivergent traits.
- Explore the latest research on the dynamic interplay between the brain and the immune system.
2. Psycho-Neuro-Immunological and Endocrine Interactions in Neurodivergence
- Expand the understanding of neurodivergence beyond the brain to encompass the interactions of multiple body-mind systems.
- Learn how neurodivergence can be seen as an expression of these interconnected systems, with a particular focus on the role of the immune system as a central player in shaping neurodivergent traits and behaviors. This includes exploring its influence on brain development, signaling pathways, and the broader physiological interactions that contribute to neurodivergence.
3. Microimmunotherapy as a Tool for Support
- Discover the innovative approach of microimmunotherapy, which uses highly diluted immune messengers to regulate and fine-tune immune responses.
- Explore its potential applications for providing tailored support to the neurodivergent community.
4. Lifestyle Strategies for Immune and Brain Health
- Dive into evidence-based strategies in nutrition, exercise, and stress management to optimize immune function and support brain health.
- Gain practical insights and actionable tools for improving immune health and enhancing neurodevelopmental outcomes.
Interactive Case Studies and Discussions throughout the day
- Engage in guided discussions based on real-life scenarios to bridge the gap between theory and practice.
- Collaborate on identifying potential interventions and lifestyle adjustments tailored to the unique needs of neurodiverse individuals.
Dr. Eleni Kavelara Lodge has practiced and taught integrative diagnostics and
